Eduardo Ledesma

Eduardo Ledesma, began his Real Estate career in 1995 at the tender age of 21 and has hit the ground running ever since. With over 18 years of Real Estate experience, and holding a Real Estate license in California, Eduardo quickly became the forerunner for real estate success in the East Bay. He graduated from Albany High School in 1992. Eduardo is involved in multiple facets of the Real Estate industry; he deals with short sales, foreclosures, investors, contractors, and gives top-notch service to buyers and sellers, of which they can attest to. In addition to his impressive resume, Eduardo has also helped many clients become free from millions of dollars of debt in some of America's hardest times by personally negotiating on their behalf with some of the world's largest banks, such as, Bank of America, Citi Bank, Wells Fargo, to name a few. In 2009 Eduardo also became a Real Estate Auctioneer and is now selling homes in 7 days with only 1 open house and receiving multiple bids while saving homeowners thousands in commission.
